This project delivers a contemporary new-build residential scheme on a previously undeveloped plot in South East London. We designed and proposed eight individual two-bedroom flats, each carefully planned to maximise natural light, internal efficiency, and private amenity.

The development responds sensitively to the surrounding context while introducing high-quality modern homes to meet local housing needs. With a clear layout, well-considered circulation, and strong architectural identity, the scheme transforms an empty site into a vibrant residential community.
