A contemporary residential apartment development designed to integrate sensitively within an established suburban neighbourhood. The scheme combines warm buff brickwork, white-framed glazing and lightweight contemporary upper floors, with carefully considered massing, landscaping and site relationships. HAAP Design Studio provided architectural design, planning drawings, 3D modelling and photorealistic visualisations to communicate the proposal and its relationship with the surrounding properties.
